About the role:- Start off as casual with the potential of full time employment for the right candidate.

Tasks & responsibilities
Receipt and processing of both inbound and outbound orders from customer using Warehouse Management Software
Preparing necessary paperwork for order picking by warehouse team
Preparing necessary paperwork for Operations team to facilitate delivery
Ensuring all daily orders are completed
Assisting where necessary in completing order requirements and ensuring electronic tasks are completed




Provide exceptional customer service to clients electronically and over the phone
Follow up and investigate any concerns / discrepancies with customers and ensure timely attention is given
Maintaining electronic and paper records including archiving

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Transport & Logistics experience is desirable, but not essential
Reliable and enthusiastic about learning new tasks
Well organised with ability to multi-task
Robust attention to detail
Proficient computer literacy with sound Data entry speed
Able to work well in a team environment
