Overview of the Role:
Paul Wakeling Motor Group is part of Macarthur's largest family-owned multi-franchise motor dealership. We are now looking for the right candidates with a keen eye for detail to join our successful Service team.
The Successful Applicant Must have:
Proven experience undertaking Minor & Major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality Standards.
Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles
Working closely with the technical team to ensuring correct steps are taken to problem solve faults
Carry out the fitment of a wide range of Automotive Accessories to a high standard of Quality Control.
Adhering to checklists and quality control standards
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service
Ability to mentor / provide guidance to junior technicians
Keep up to date with mandatory factory training
Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find.
Excellent communication skills oral & written.
Be mature, punctual with a robust work ethic.
Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused
A current drivers licence
A current valid Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate
