We upload a long-form video weekly to our 6+ million YouTube subscribers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Video Editor to join The Boys’ YouTube team. You’ll edit long-form content viewed by millions, work directly with creators, and contribute ideas that make it to publish. This role goes beyond execution - you’ll play a key part in shaping content and driving channel growth.

Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form YouTube videos (multi-cam, multi-audio)
Craft engaging, high-retention edits (pacing, storytelling, sound design)
Cut, trim, and arrange footage. Add graphics, titles, transitions, sound effects, music, etc.
Collaborate with The Boys and production team on content




Contribute ideas and help evolve formats
Keep pace with the latest YouTube trends and editing techniques to boost engagement (and keep the algorithm on our side)

Skills & Experience
Robust experience editing long-form YouTube or digital content
Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills (After Effects a bonus)
Skilled in editing, pacing, retention, storytelling, sound design, and color
Knowledge of YouTube trends, audience behaviour, and performance metrics
Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction
You have a genuine passion for YouTube and the creator ecosystem
