JK Personnel is partnering with a well-established Ballarat manufacturer seeking an experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join their growing team.
This opportunity offers secure Monday to Friday hours, working 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Working in a modern manufacturing workplace, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality commercial furniture products while working alongside a skilled and supportive team. This role will suit someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking for long-term stability with a respected local employer.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble custom furniture and joinery components
Operate a range of woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
Complete fitting, assembly and finishing tasks
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain a safe and organised work environment

About You
Previous experience in joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing




Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Confident using a range of hand tools, power tools and woodworking equipment
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work well within a team
Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential
