PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES TEAM MEMBER

Butcher Shop & Souvlaki Shop

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Member to join our busy butcher and souvlaki shop.

This is a part time position suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is comfortable working in a family run business

Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
Serving customers and taking orders
Assisting customers with product selections
Packing and preparing customer orders
Helping with the souvlaki service area during busy periods
Restocking and maintaining displays
Keeping counters and customer areas clean and presentable

We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Can work efficiently during busy periods

Previous experience in a butcher shop, takeaway, cafe, restaurant or food retail environment is highly regarded and is essential.
