Job Description
Manage the maintenance and operations of all facilities to ensure they are secure and functional.
Coordinate building repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance tasks.
Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective facility management practices.
Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Manager should have:




Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage contractors and service providers effectively.
Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
