SALES REPRESENTATIVE – ELITE CAR BUYERS Castle Hill, Sydney $60,000–$65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Full-Time Position Elite Car Buyers is growing and we’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Castle Hill. We specialise in purchasing vehicles directly from the public and making the process of selling a car quick, easy and hassle-free. THE ROLE You’ll be speaking with customers who have already enquired about selling their vehicle through our website, phone or online advertising. No chasing random leads or door-to-door sales. Your day-to-day will include:



• Responding to warm inbound leads • Speaking with customers looking to sell their cars • Building rapport and understanding their situation • Following up enquiries and negotiating with customers • Managing leads through our CRM • Coordinating with our vehicle buying team • Working towards individual and team sales targets WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who is: • Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone • Experienced in sales or customer service • Motivated by targets and commission • Organised and reliable with follow-ups • A strong communicator and negotiator • Comfortable working in a rapid-paced sales environment • Interested in cars or the automotive industry Previous automotive experience is highly regarded but not essential.
