We are seeking experienced, reliable and qualified Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants across Melbourne. We are particularly seeking multilingual support workers with demonstrated experience working with: Forensic participants and people involved with the justice system Mental health and psychosocial disabilities Complex and challenging behaviors Participants with complex support needs Behaviour Support Plans and positive behaviour support strategies Community access and independent living Essential Requirements Applicants must: Have demonstrated experience in disability,



mental health and/or complex support Hold a current Australian Driver License Have access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance Be willing to travel across Melbourne Have adaptable availability across different days and shift times Be confident supporting participants who may display complex or challenging behaviors Have robust communication skills and professional boundaries Be reliable, patient, calm and able to manage challenging situations professionally Be able to follow Behaviour Support Plans, risk management plans and organisational procedures Hold all relevant qualifications, NDIS screening and compliance requirements Multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay & Conditions Pay rates and employment conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, including applicable penalty rates and allowances. Casual and flexible shifts are available across Melbourne.
