Workhorse Staffing is currently seeking a trade qualified and experienced Site Fitter, Shopfitter or Carpenter to join a growing team specialising in custom steel fit outs, installations and modifications.

This is a varied hands-on position, offering a mix of site-based installation work and workshop assembly. You'll work across a range of custom projects, taking products from workshop assembly through to final installation on site.

About the Role
Installing, fitting and modifying custom steel products
Completing fit-outs and installations across various sites
Assembling custom products in the workshop
Operating workshop machinery and equipment, including CNC routers
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
Working collaboratively across both workshop and site settings
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

What We're Looking For
Trade qualification as a Shopfitter, Cabinetmaker or Carpenter
Previous experience with site installations and fit outs
Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
Experience operating workshop machinery, ideally including CNC routers




Robust practical and problem-solving skills
A high level of attention to detail and quality
White Card
Current Australian Driver Licence
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
