Job Description

We're looking for a Part time Chef de Partie with a focus on conference & events catering, who's ready to create memorable dining experiences through their passion for first class cuisine. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality preparation and presentation of food to our guests. Supported by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef De Cuisine, you will:
Assist Executive Chef with menu preparation for Conferencing and Events, ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.
Communicate with FOH staff regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to kitchen employees in the absence of senior leadership, leading by example to ensure service demands are met.
Maintain a clean and protected working setting, Ensuring Work, Health and Safety procedures are followed to ensure your team’s and guests safety.
