Raes on Wategos is a high end boutique hotel and restaurant with 7 suites, situated on the stunning shores of Wategos beach. We are on the hunt for a breakfast chef to join our team. With only in house guests to worry about, the emphasis is on quality, not quantity. Every thing from cutting, prepping and plating should be carried out with attention to detail. The small menu is made up of creative, modern takes on classics, however from time to time a guest will request an omelette or some other things that you will need to know how to execute. Shifts are from 6 am and usually finish around 12:30-1pm. Days can flexible which makes it easy to work around other jobs, studies or the valuable lifestyle that Byron has to offer. Raes group has excellent employee advantages for staff including dining discounts, staff meals, staff drinks and a great working atmosphere the encourages growth and progression.
