Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our Ideal branch in Maroochydore and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

The hours will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with an additional Saturday morning every second weekend 7am-11am which will be paid in overtime rates.
A typical day will involve
Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
