Position: Barista / Café All-Rounder

Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove and our new store location Beecroft is looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

We’re a community focused café with a passion for quality coffee and genuine customer service. If you enjoy working in a quick paced environment, take pride in your work, and love making someone’s day with a great coffee, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and serving coffee and beverages consistently
Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Assisting with general café duties
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Supporting the team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a café, barista, or hospitality role




A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in house roasting and specialty blends
Strong customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café
