Role Description The Training Program Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery of vocational training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing enrolments, and maintaining accurate learner records. The coordinator works closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs run smoothly, meet accreditation requirements, and provide a positive learning experience.
Daily tasks include communicating with participants, preparing training materials, monitoring attendance and completion,
and supporting reporting and evaluation activities. The role also involves assisting with continuous improvement of training processes and contributing to the implementation of new programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Training Coordination and Program Management to oversee multiple training programs and logistics effectively.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Training & Development and Training to support curriculum delivery, trainer liaison, and learner engagement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with learners, trainers, and stakeholders in a clear, qualified manner.
Relevant experience in vocational education, professional training, or learning and development environments is beneficial.
A qualification in education, training, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important.
Comfort with learning technologies, learning management systems, and standard office software will be advantageous.
