About the Role

You're on the ground from day one, serving customers, supporting the warehouse, and getting hands-on with internal sales. Quick-paced, hands-on, no two days the same.

Day-to-Day
Serve customers — enquiries, quotes, product advice
Support internal sales — pricing, orders, contracts, key accounts
Work alongside external sales to promote products and drive satisfaction
Help with stock control — merchandising, layout,



pricing, replenishment
Coordinate purchasing and deliveries
Pitch in at branch sales meetings and start showing leadership

Solid time management — juggles priorities without dropping the ball
Safety-first mindset
Robust communicator at all levels
Hardware/retail/industrial experience a bonus, not essential
