What You’ll Do
Manage a capped caseload with the support of a paralegal and secretary.
Review policies to assess eligibility and claim viability.
Prepare and lodge claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Draft clear, concise advice to guide clients through the process.
Keep clients informed with timely updates and qualified communication.
Maintain high service standards with clear, professional, and efficient case management.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum one year of TPD experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple claims effectively.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to successful client outcomes.
