About the role

As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education advice and customer service while managing students throughout the full enrolment journey. This is a highly client-focused role that combines student counselling, sales, administration, CRM management and ongoing student support. You will work closely with students, education providers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience from the first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.

Key responsibilities
Provide professional and personalised counselling to international students regarding study options in Australia.
Understand each student's goals and recommend suitable courses, institutions and education pathways.
Manage new enquiries and follow up with prospective students throughout the sales and enrolment process.
Support both onshore and offshore students.
Prepare course quotations and manage enrolment documentation.
Maintain accurate student information, notes, tasks and follow-ups in the CRM.
Manage leads and follow-up activities to maximise conversion opportunities.
Provide ongoing support to existing students and maintain robust client relationships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian courses, institutions,



entry requirements and education pathways.
Work with internal teams, education providers and migration agent partners when required.

About you
Advanced English and native Spanish – essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer service skills and a genuine client-first approach.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Professional presentation and excellent written and verbal communication.
The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced international education setting.
Open to change, continuous improvement and learning new systems, processes and ways of working.
