Pacific Seeds is searching for a Territory Manager to lead sales activity across Central Queensland, the Coalfields and the Callide–Dawson region. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will become a key connection between Pacific Seeds, local agents, growers and key accounts.

Your days will be diverse and grounded in the market. You might be discussing product performance with a grower, helping an agent respond to a customer need, representing Pacific Seeds at a field day or turning market insight into a practical territory plan. You will bring national sales and promotional strategies to life locally, while maintaining the forecasting, stock oversight, reporting and Salesforce discipline that support confident business decisions.

Success in this role comes from curiosity, credibility and follow-through. You will need to listen well, provide practical technical advice, negotiate commercially and build partnerships that create lasting value. Internally, you will collaborate with Sales,



Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Technical Development to give customers a connected and responsive experience.

What you will bring

We are looking for a proven sales and customer-service professional with robust communication, problem-solving and time-management skills. Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is important. You will also hold a current C-class driver’s licence and bring either a degree in agriculture or business or relevant experience in a similar position.
