Job Role:- Technical Lead — Oracle RMS

Role Summary:-Lead the technical architecture, development, delivery, and technical governance of Oracle Retail solutions, with primary focus on Oracle RMS and Allocation. The role will oversee integrations, performance, upgrades, and technical delivery across the Oracle Retail v11 suite.

Key Responsibilities:-
Lead technical architecture and solution design for Oracle RMS and Allocation.
Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level technical designs.
Lead, mentor, and review the work of development teams.
Provide technical leadership for integrations across Oracle Retail modules.
Handle critical production issues and technical escalations.
Drive performance tuning for SQL, PL/SQL, batch processing, and RIB integrations.
Conduct impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical feasibility assessments.
Support patching, upgrades, release planning, and workplace management.
Define technical best practices for integration,



data governance, and system reliability.
Coordinate with functional teams and stakeholders on technical delivery.
Maintain technical documentation and support team knowledge sharing.

Skills & Requirements:-
9–12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Retail technical development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle RMS and Allocation.
Valuable knowledge of the Oracle Retail v11 suite.
Robust experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB) and integration design.
Knowledge of performance tuning and batch processing.
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
Experience with job scheduling tools such as AutoSys or Control-M.
Strong team leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of retail processes including pack management, purchase orders, allocations, and inventory management.
