Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Perth office, working closely with Partner Jonathan Wyatt.

This is an opportunity to take on a key role within a well-established and highly regarded practice, advising leading insurer, corporate and government clients on complex insurance and commercial disputes.

About The Role The practice has a strong focus on construction skilled indemnity and first-party property matters, including disputes involving construction defects, property damage, indemnity and coverage issues, and business interruption claims.

In addition, you'll work across a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes, including financial lines matters, casualty and product liability claims, regulatory investigations, and marine and transport-related disputes.

In This Role, You Will
Lead complex litigated matters across State and Federal jurisdictions
Advise clients on liability, indemnity and coverage issues
Develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies




Act as a trusted adviser to leading insurer, corporate and government clients
Mentor and develop junior lawyers
Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued success of the practice
