About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar PV Roofer or Apprentice to join our team at Southwest Solar Force. This full time role is based in Bunbury and will play a crucial part in the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing
Installing solar panels, inverters and other components on roofs and other structures
Conducting safety checks and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of solar installations
Troubleshooting and repairing any issues with existing solar PV systems
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all installations and service work
Collaborating with the wider team to deliver high-quality solar solutions for our customers

What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications and experience in the solar or electrical industry, or a willingness to undertake an apprenticeship
Solid understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team




Positive communication and customer service skills
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
