About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
Train junior cooks and other kitchen staff when required
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
Preparation and cooking of all dishes in our restaurant
Working pans, grills and fryers efficiently
Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
Assisting with training and mentoring our team when required




Supporting our team in stock control and monitoring wastage

About you
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commands respect in the kitchen
Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
High food standards in taste and presentation
Diploma in Management or at least three years of work experience
