Queensland Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Pandanus and Primary Care Clinic and oversee the Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre - Gundu Pa. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and drive protected, person-centred care while managing workforce, resources and quality improvement.

In this role you will shape service delivery across primary care and inpatient services, apply evidence-informed practice and support staff development within a team-oriented culture.
