We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join this beautiful international brand. The role will see you based out of their Sydney Westfield boutique, overseeing a small team of 4.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager to create a welcoming, luxury shopping experience for every customer. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire the team, and help ensure the store operates smoothly each day.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about premium womens fashion, enjoys building genuine customer relationships, and thrives in a boutique setting where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities will include:
Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service that reflects our premium brand values.
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Build lasting relationships with clients through styling advice and personalised service.




Assist with visual merchandising to maintain a beautiful and inspiring store environment.
Help manage stock, inventory, and replenishment.
Support the implementation of new collections and in-store campaigns.
Handle store opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and operational tasks.

We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in a retail leadership; Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
A passion for styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence leading a team and supporting others to succeed.
Flexibility to work weekends and late trading as required.
