The role focuses on telephone intake and screening for newly referred clients accessing allied health and community services, working closely with clinical staff to determine priorities and provide timely access to services.

The position is fixed term and part time, with emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and effective processing of referrals in a energetic healthcare setting.
