We’re seeking a

Security Platform Engineer to operate and enhance our security telemetry and analytics platforms, with a focus on

Google SecOps (SIEM/SOAR)

and

BindPlane

. You’ll ensure reliable data ingestion, platform stability, and seamless delivery to support detection engineering, incident response, and threat hunting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google SecOps SIEM & SOAR settings.
Configure and maintain BindPlane collectors and telemetry pipelines.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalable ingestion architectures.
Automate updates via CI/CD, with Python/Terraform adjustments.
Provide incident support and collaborate with SOC, cloud, and security teams.

Required Skills
5+ years with Google SecOps SIEM/SOAR.
Expertise in BindPlane or similar ingestion tools.
Robust knowledge of log formats, parsing, and routing.
Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD, Python, Terraform.
Incident support and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred
Experience with BigQuery or cloud analytics.
Understanding of detection engineering.
SOC/security engineering background.
Relevant Google Cloud or SecOps certifications.
