Account Executive – SaaS / Health-Tech

Better Staff is partnering with a high-growth Australian technology business that is expanding its commercial team.

They’re looking for a smart, commercially savvy Account Executive with around 5–8 years’ sales experience , ideally with a background selling SaaS solutions into medical practices, clinics or the broader healthcare ecosystem .

We would also consider candidates who have sold AI, automation or other technology solutions , provided they have a strong understanding of how to sell into healthcare environments.

About You

You’ll ideally be someone who:

• Has a strong track record in B2B technology or SaaS sales

• Has sold into medical practices, clinics, healthcare providers or adjacent healthcare organisations
Understands how decisions are made within a medical practice environment and can engage confidently with both commercial and operational stakeholders

• Is a genuine current-business hunter who enjoys opening prospects and closing deals
Is commercially sharp, credible and comfortable having business-level conversations




Can quickly understand a technology solution and translate it into a transparent commercial outcome for the customer

• Is comfortable working in a quick-moving, performance-driven sales environment
Has the discipline to manage a pipeline properly and consistently follow opportunities through
Is resilient, proactive and motivated by results
Wants to join a growing business where they can have a genuine impact rather than simply inherit an established territory

Experience selling AI or automation solutions would be highly regarded, but strong technology sales capability combined with a genuine understanding of the medical ecosystem could be equally relevant.

The role offers an excellent base salary, strong commission structure and significant opportunity as the business continues to scale .
