A Sydney-based owner and operator of large-scale real assets is building out its transactions capability, and we're looking for someone to expertly lead it. You'll own that workstream from start to finish, including vendor due diligence, carve-out financials, completion accounts and post‑deal stand‑up with transitional services and JV structures.

You'll interact with executive teams and external advisers to ensure the ledger matches the deal room.
