About the role:
Travel required from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour
Short and long term assignments
Accommodation provided when needed
Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
Food Safety Supervisory Certification
Deliver food services the Opal Way, providing consistent leadership in all deployments




Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the menu to bring joy to those we care for
Ensure detailed compliance with the Opal HealthCare food safety program
