We're looking for a high-energy, casual sales assistant with the ability to provide our loyal customers with outstanding service authentically and who can bring a positive vibe to the team.

As a Pilgrim Casual sales assistant, you will;
Recognise the role of the customer + your relationship with them
Have a natural love + enthusiasm for fashion retail
Be a passionate seller because of your love for our product
Have exceptional customer service skills and integrity
Have high standards of personal presentation
Possess solid time management skills.

As the ideal Casual sales assistant, you may have;




Some previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality
Know how to achieve store sales targets + KPI's
Have an eye for both personal and store styling
A flair for creating
Continuously challenge yourself to succeed
Self-motivated and driven by achieving success
Thrive in a energetic team setting
Adaptable with your availability
Be able to travel to other Myer Pilgrim locations
Must be able to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- late nights.
