Lead PMO governance across a complex technology portfolio

An exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and uplift portfolio governance, reporting and delivery frameworks within a complex IT setting. Key Skills & Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in PMO leadership, portfolio governance and IT project delivery
Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose, risk-managed portfolio governance and delivery frameworks
Develop and embed PMO standards, templates, tools and reporting practices
Consolidate portfolio status, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and actions
Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, financial tracking and forecasting
Prepare executive dashboards, reports and governance materials
Monitor project and program delivery health, schedules and key milestones
Facilitate governance, assurance, stage-gate and health-check activities
Partner with Project Managers, Program Managers and senior IT stakeholders to improve delivery visibility and decision-making
Drive continuous improvement across PMO governance, reporting and delivery practices




Proven experience establishing or uplifting a PMO or portfolio delivery framework
Strong experience across portfolio reporting, dashboards and executive reporting
Experience working across complex IT, digital or enterprise transformation settings
Hands-on experience with Portfolio Project Management tools and MS SharePoint
Practical experience with gated governance / stage-gate models
Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK and/or Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies
Robust financial tracking and forecasting capability
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
