Rose of Australia Hotel in Inner West Sydney is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead a busy pub team across bar, service and dining areas. You will mentor staff, uphold service standards and help deliver memorable guest experiences in a lively venue with multiple offerings.

You will work a mix of days, nights and weekends and be comfortable closing the venue after service. A passion for hospitality, solid cocktail knowledge and guest-centric mindset are essential.
