We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented WordPress Support Specialist to join our team on a part time basis — 2 days per week, ideally Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You'll be the go-to person for keeping client websites running smoothly, handling everyday updates, and providing friendly, clear support over the phone when clients need a hand. Training will be provided, so you'll be set up to succeed from day one.

Location: Alexandria — a short walk from Green Square Station.

What you'll be doing:
Making content and design updates to WordPress websites for a range of clients
Troubleshooting and resolving basic site issues as they come up
Answering client calls with a skilled, friendly phone manner
Assisting clients with DNS, hosting, and domain-related questions
Supporting clients with cloud-based email setups (Google Workspace / Office 365)
Making minor HTML/CSS tweaks and basic SQL database checks when needed

What we're looking for:
Solid experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites
Working knowledge of basic HTML, CSS,



and SQL
Understanding of how DNS and web hosting work
Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 (especially email)
Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working independently in a part-time, adaptable role

Details:
2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday preferred)
Based in our Alexandria office, close to Green Square
