Mercure WestWaters, part of Oscars Group, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver friendly, qualified Front Office service in a busy hotel setting. You will welcome arrivals, assist with check-in and check-out, handle inquiries, and support reservations.

Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure data accuracy and guest satisfaction, maintaining a customer-first attitude and explicit communication throughout every shift.
