McNamara Landscaping & Softfall is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Tradesperson, Apprentice or Labourer to join our dedicated team in Dubbo, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of high quality landscaping and softfall projects for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Carrying out landscaping tasks such as garden bed preparation, planting, mulching, irrigation and lawn installation, paving, retaining walls and concreting
Installing softfall surfaces including wet-pour rubber
Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace
Collaborating with the team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualifications or experience in landscaping, horticulture or a related field
Proficiency in the use of landscaping equipment and machinery
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A current driver's licence (MR is desirable)
White card
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
