About the role

We are looking for a reliable and confident Outbound Call Representative to support a range of businesses and services. This role involves making outbound calls, managing follow-ups, and communicating clearly and professionally across different campaigns. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between services and staying organised in a varied, quick-paced setting.

Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services
Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients
Follow call guidelines while adapting messaging as required
Manage call schedules, follow-ups, and notes accurately
Maintain organised records of call outcomes
Work towards agreed call and performance targets

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple services and priorities
Qualified phone manner and positive attitude
Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
