Bishops Transport is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the Darwin Depot Manager, on a full-time basis. This role integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting customers, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
Work closely with the Depot Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Other General Administrative Ad-Hoc Duties
Maintaining the office to high processional and high functioning standard.

An understanding of the transport and logistics industry.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Computer literacy and data entry skills - including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities responsibilities, and maintain productive workflow.
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Robust verbal and written communication
Ability to problem solve within a busy environment.
Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team.
