Holcim Australia in Milton (Brisbane) is seeking a Senior Draftsperson to own major precast concrete drawings and mentor a growing drafting team. You will lead documentation of shop drawings, ensure accuracy, and drive drafting excellence across multiple projects.

Reporting to the Lead Design Draftsperson, you will deliver high-quality 2D/3D shop drawings, manage timelines, and collaborate with engineers, factory staff, and external consultants to ensure buildable, production-ready designs.
