Brown Plains Mazda is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Recent Car Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership.

Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with strong sales/customer service skills ready to step into the industry, this is your chance to succeed in a dynamic showroom environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Guide customers through the new vehicle buying journey from enquiry to delivery
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales and profit targets
Maintain solid knowledge of Mazda products and features
Complete all documentation accurately and follow dealership processes
Work with your team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

What we’re looking for:
Sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, not essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High motivation and a results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Ability to obtain or hold a Motor Salesperson’s Licence
