We are looking for an experienced Data Center / AV/IT Engineer for an urgent on-site troubleshooting dispatch in South Brisbane.

Job Overview & Scope of Work (SOW)
Role: Field Service / Network Engineer
Location: Peel St, South Brisbane, QLD, Australia
ETA / Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 to 4 Hours (Subject to extension based on troubleshooting findings)

Primary Objectives
UPS Support: Identify and resolve a active power output issue on the UPS unit.
Audiovisual System: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the boardroom AV conferencing system.

Required Skillset & Qualifications
Experience in Data Center settings and IT field operations.
Hands-on expertise with UPS power systems and hardware troubleshooting.
Robust diagnostic skills with Audiovisual (AV) conferencing equipment .
Ability to work independently and provide transparent technical feedback.
