We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and reliable Jetboat Skipper / Jetski Guide to join our team in the beautiful Whitsundays!

This is a outstanding prospect to work in one of Australia’s most stunning locations, with a role that combines jetboat operations, guided jetski tours and plenty of time out on the water.

The Role

You’ll be working across Airlie Beach and Daydream Island, operating our high-powered jetboat and leading guests on guided Jetski tours through the Whitsundays.

The role includes
Skippering our jetboat
Leading guided jetski tours
Providing a fun, safe and memorable experience for guests
Conducting safety briefings and ensuring all procedures are followed
Assisting with general vessel and equipment duties
Working closely with our friendly operations team

What You’ll Need
Coxswain Grade 1
Current PWC Licence
Marine experience preferred




Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and cruise ship days
