RT Health is seeking a Member Services Consultant to join our Contact Centre in a permanent, full time role. Based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working available, you will be the first point of contact for members, handling queries about memberships, payments and claims while delivering outstanding service and a positive member experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will work with the team to resolve inquiries at first contact or within one business day and contribute
