BCP Group is a long-established company based in Busselton, W.A., with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, and demolition.

We are currently seeking General Labourers / Roller Operators for an upcoming project in the Bunbury Area, with potential for ongoing opportunities.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates who are willing to operate water carts and rollers as required on site, with general labouring duties as needed.

Essential Attributes
Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
Experience in civil construction
Experience operating water carts in a civil setting (minimum 6 months preferred)
Experience operating rollers in a civil environment (minimum 6 months preferred)
RIIMPO320F – Conduct Water Cart Operations (highly regarded)
RIIMPO317F – Conduct Roller Operations (highly regarded)




HR Licence (required for water cart operation)
Ability to follow instructions and read basic site plans (advantageous)
Demonstrated ability to work safely both independently and within a team
Solid commitment to Workplace Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
Willingness to assist with general site duties when not operating machinery
Basic understanding of plant and equipment maintenance, including minor servicing and consumables replacement
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen and company medical
