CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead FM operations across a diverse Perth portfolio. Based in the CBD, you will oversee risk, compliance and contractor management while traveling to assets across Perth's northern suburbs.

You will work alongside a Facilities Coordinator and a Centre Manager who support different parts of the operation. This role is perfect for an experienced FM qualified who can operate autonomously, manage budgets, and deliver solid client reporting for a premium
