About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property Studies graduate (or related discipline) with robust IT skills who is eager to learn the valuation profession. You will work alongside our senior team on diverse property assets while applying your technical skills to improve office workflows, database management, and spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities
Assist with property inspections, comparable sales/lease research, market analysis, and report preparation.
Apply your IT skills to upgrade internal databases, build efficient spreadsheets, and streamline day-to-day digital workflows.

About you
Completed or near-completed degree in Property, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
Solid IT aptitude, tech-savviness.
Great attention to detail, robust numerical reasoning, professional communication, and a valid driver's licence.
