South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join Liverpool Hospital. You will provide advanced psychosocial assessment, counselling and care planning for CAR T-cell therapy patients and families, and lead service improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated leadership, education delivery to clinicians, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. AASW eligibility and NSW driver’s license are required for this permanent full time role.
