About us

We're a Melbourne production and fabrication studio working across visual merchandising, retail activations, and large-scale experiential builds for major brands. We're looking for a Producer to join our team on a 6 month contract with potential to extend.

This role is studio based with some WFH flexibility, with travel required per project for on-site work.

About the role
Own end-to-end project management across build and technical production
Drive all stages of delivery including pre-production, workshop fabrication, onsite installation and post-production
Manage budgets, timelines, schedules, logistics, and operations
Read and work from technical drawings and 3D files
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Prepare and maintain explicit project documentation, including schedules, briefs, decks, updates, run sheets, call sheets,



and risk assessments
Handle risk and safety admin — risk assessments, SWMS, risk management
Get hands-on on-site when needed

About you
5–10 years' experience in production, events, agency, or creative industries
Melbourne based
Strong client-facing experience
Comfortable reading technical drawings and 3D files
Experience working on-site through bump-in and bump-out
Robust organisational, communication, and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Preferred but not essential
SketchUp or Adobe Suite skills
