Amazon is seeking a Development Manager for Global Realty in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, you will lead the identification and origination of recent industrial sites across Australia and the APAC region, focusing on building a robust pipeline of prospects to meet growth targets.

Your responsibilities will include end-to-end deal negotiations, managing the full development lifecycle, and coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met. A bachelor's degree in a property-related field and proven experience in site identification and negotiations are essential.
