DP World is seeking an IT Support skilled to provide end-user technology support at Fisherman Island Terminal in Queensland. You will troubleshoot end-user devices and systems, configure laptops, and manage software/hardware issues as part of a regional IT team.

The role requires hands-on desktop/infrastructure support and a proactive approach to keeping users productive. You will participate in a 24x7 rotation for critical incidents, collaborating with IT teams to deliver reliable end-user
