We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business & Economics Teacher to join a well-regarded Catholic college in Upper Mount Gravatt . This is a permanent full time opportunity commencing Term 3, 2026 , ideal for an educator who is committed to excellence in teaching and fostering student success.

About the Role As a valued member of the teaching team, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Business and Economics lessons (Years 8–12)
Inspire students through creative and evidence-based teaching practices
Support student growth and achievement in a positive,



inclusive environment
Contribute to the co-curricular life of the college
Uphold and actively support the Catholic ethos and values of the school community

About You You are an enthusiastic and skilled educator who:
Demonstrates robust subject knowledge in Business and/or Economics
Creates engaging, student-centred learning experiences
Is committed to continuous professional growth
Possesses excellent communication and classroom management skills
Values collaboration and contributes positively to school culture

Requirements
Relevant teaching qualifications
Current (or ability to obtain) Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or ability to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
Understanding of and willingness to support the mission and ethos of a Catholic school
